Personal Injury Law and Worker's Compensation
Representation of injured person due to automobile collisions,
slip and fall situations, and other acts of negligence. Workers
injured on the job have different rights and deadlines under
Virginia's Workers Compensation Act and may require expert
advice to protect their rights to compensation and medical
care.

Formation of corporations and other business entities,
contracts, non-compete and shareholder agreements and leases.
We serve as registered agent for corporations, which includes
filing annual reports to the S.C.C. and preparing annual
minutes of meetings of shareholders and directors.

all clients. We charge an initial consultation fee of $40.00.
During that initial consultation, the attorney will provide
legal advice and recommend appropriate procedures. In some
cases, the situation can be resolved during that meeting.
